Enforcement path

The code foundation uses the Gated decision and execution model. It does not replace AWS IAM.

Requirements

A reviewed operation-specific adapter, bounded IAM authority and an independently verified live-provider proof before pilot use.

Capability status

Bypass and runtime limits

Only actions explicitly routed through a Gated-controlled execution path are governed. Direct provider credentials and tools can bypass Gated. No native or universal runtime interception is implemented.
